Breaking Chains Inc (BCI) is a non-profit organization located in Baltimore City. We provide mental and behavioral health services for children and adults throughout the state and country.

BCI is nationally accredited through CARF and licensed through the Behavior Health Administration of Maryland. We started by addressing the needs of our community by providing support and opportunities that cultivate success,  and we continue to offer volunteer and community service opportunities.
